I don't have problem with the software that is not working.  It takes time for developing a software. Software bugs can be fixed. Functional gaps can be fulfilled over time.  

Some time, when a product is not yet ready, it is ok to release a trial version to get feedback. 

It is ok to not know all requirements in the beginning. 

I am not ok if developers are producing videos to replace real delivering a working product.  

Customers won't give you a second chance if the product is labeled.
