User training

Provide training to users is the key for adoption of a software.

A vendor should see the chance of providing a user training as a privilege.

Charging training should be done at the package license level, not by sessions.

A different way of thinking of training is to help users to accomplish the role required.

For example, for the software provides to teachers.  Using a senior retired teacher to "teach how teachers to teach", instead of teaching how users use the software is a great idea.

The timing of the training is also important.

The design of the software training can be based on the schedule and the cycle when the software will be used and planned ahead to push the training.

By doing so, training becomes a selling tool.

Having a chance to provide training to the end users is really a privilege, not something just as a cost for the vendor.
